When the horse operation began to grow it became necessary to provide an environment to protect the riders and trainers from the harsh South Dakota elements. What started as a 'dream' turned into a 'vision' when we built our 100 X 150 indoor arena in 2004. The arena has been used to train our home raised horses and also provide instructional clinics. In 2006 Lauing Mill Iron L Ranch hosted the first annual Central South Dakota Ranchers & Breeders Quarter Horse Sale at the facility.
